Ingredients :
For butter fried idli :
Leftover Idli – 4 pieces
2 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp oil (for frying idli)
Salt to taste

For Butter masala
– 1 tbsp cooking oil + 1 tbsp butter
– 1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
– 1/4 tsp hing powder (asafoetida)
– 1 finely chopped onion
– 1 tbsp crushed garlic
– 1 chopped green chilli
– 1 tomato finely chopped
– 1/2 cup water
– 1 tsp red chilli powder
– 1 tsp coriander powder
– 1/2 tsp haldi powder
– Salt to taste
