How to make Oil Free Healthy Breakfast Recipe At Home In Hindi

I share Oil free healthy breakfast recipe; how do we easily make at home? In this recipe, I do not use any oil. It is very healthy and tasty bread cups with eggs and I use Hummus for topping the cups. In the end, I will share a video for this Hummus and tahini recipe How are we making it step by step at home.
1. 6 pieces brown bread.
2.1 medium size onion finely chopped.
3. 1/2 medium size capsicum finely chopped.
4.1 small size tomato finely chopped.
5.2 eggs
6.salt to taste.
7. 1/2 Tsp black pepper.
8. 2 processed cheese cubes
At first, cut the brown bread in the square shape. Then roll all bread by the roll pin and placed all slices of bread in cups mould. Then pre-heat the microvan convention mode in 180 degrees. Take a bowl add egg, chopped all veggies and add salt to taste. Optional you can add black pepper if you want. All mix well. This batter fills in the bread cups and greeted processed cheese. Then the bread cups baked for 15 minutes in microvan convention mode in 180 degrees. After 15 minutes yummy testy oil, free bread cups are ready to eat. It served hot with hummus topping.
