Mango Sattu smoothie is very healthy summer drink which is high in protein. Sattu – powder of roasted chana, was once popular as rural delicacy, but it eventually caught the attention of urban population for it’s cooling properties. It’s full of nutrients, fibre and protein.
Chane ka sattu, can be made at home, An easy way is buy some roasted chana without the skin. Then grind them to a fine powder. Seive and store in a bottle. Having a low glycemic index, This mango sattu smoothie will keep you sated for long.
