-diced cucumber
-chopped onion
-chopped tomato
-1tsp olive oil
-salt,pepper & lemon juice
-chopped dhania


2/Mushroom pepper garlic fry
-chopped garlic
-chopped green chili
-chopped onion
-sliced mushroom
-pink salt,pepper, chilli flakes
-green paper
-coriander leafs

3/Moong chilla with paneer stuffing

-moong dal
-salt, tumeric powder,red chilli powder
-jeera powder, black pepper powder

stuffing :
-whole jeera
-coconut oil
-chopped onion
-chopped green chillies
-paneer/cottage cheese
-salt,pepper,red chilli powder
-coriander leafs

4/Waldorf salad
-plain yougurt
-diced apple
-mint leafs
-mixed nuts
-Lemon juice
